I'm adding a new rule to the tournament.

In the case of a tie where the excellent counts are not equal, the player with highest Fantastic count is the winner.

Example: Player 1 : 300 Fantastics, 3ex, 1 great
Player 2 : 298 Fantastics, 6 ex, 0 great

Player 1 wins.
