csikira, welcome to Ottawa. The change in South Keys' arcade layout might well mean that a new batch of managers have arrived (fairly possible since turnaround for is rather high in a 2-year period, I've heard). As before, time will tell how much they allow high-level players to play without buying a cinema ticket... From experience, we know not to trust even a single manager's word that "it's all OK" because the next shift manager can kick us out if they want. If it happens, just nod and leave, doing a fuss is not worth it in the long run.
